Our Process

Inspection

We walk the entire exterior of your property identifying rodent entry points, burrows, droppings, and gnaw marks.

Exclusion Work

We seal every gap, hole, and crack larger than a quarter inch using steel mesh, copper mesh, and expanding foam — the materials rodents cannot chew through.

Trapping

We place snap traps and/or tamper-resistant bait stations at key activity points inside and outside.

Follow-Up

We return to check traps, remove catches, and verify no new entry points have opened.

Do you use poison bait for rodents?

We primarily use snap traps for interior rodent control to avoid rodents dying in inaccessible areas. Exterior bait stations may be used as part of an ongoing prevention program.

How do rats get into my house?

Roof rats are excellent climbers and enter through gaps in the roofline, vents, and where utilities enter the structure. Norway rats burrow under foundations. Any gap larger than a quarter inch is a potential entry point.
